- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with Holly was shockingly HORRIBLE. I am quite distrub by her unprofessionalism. I've traveled across the country and to have to deal with Holly for the first time on a simple trip for a basketball tournament was a hassle. I would not recommend her services to a bus commuter. I am not one to except poor service and Holly is not one to except quality customer feedback. Instead of her taking the time in clarifying my itinerary, acknowledging her mistakes & miscommunication while I realized there was a mishap Holly became combative, argumentative, hanging up in my face, and sending a unprofessional email.
